This is the Wisdom Workshop's Muse — a quiet place that stays with you between gatherings. The Workshop brings people into a room together; this is where what you find there keeps going after the room empties.

Over seven questions, we'll get to know the work that matters to you — what you most want to make, or become — and how to stay close to it. There are no wrong answers. Skip anything that doesn't fit. Your words are kept here for you, never graded, and silence is welcome too.

A check-in is how we stay in relationship — not a status report. It moves in two parts, the way any real exchange does: first what you bring, then what you're reaching for.

PERMA · Relationships

A check-in is a relationship in motion — the R in PERMA — well-being held in the space between us, and the ground of real engagement.

First movement · Offer Engagement is mutual. Before we name what you want from today, name what you bring to it — your history, your hands, what's yours to give. The work holds your offer too. What do you bring to the work today?

Second movement · Seek Now name what you're reaching for today — the outcome you hope to carry away. Naming it is how we aim the work together. What do you hope to gain from today?
